Workspace Setup
Configure your Ingegno workspace, invite team members, and connect your tools.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is your team's shared environment in Ingegno. Everything — leads, clients, pipelines, emails, and settings — lives inside a workspace.
Configure your workspace
Go to Settings (the Settings link at the bottom of the left sidebar) and select the Workspace tab to configure:
- Workspace Name — Your company or team name
- Working Hours — Enable or disable working hours for workflow scheduling
- Timezone — Set your timezone (e.g., Europe/Rome)
- Weekly Schedule — Define working hours for each day of the week (e.g., Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00)
Language settings
From the General tab in Settings, you can configure:
- Language — Change the display language of the application (e.g., Italian, English)
- Email Notification Language — Choose the language for email notifications (payment reminders, trial alerts, etc.)
Invite your team
Team management is in a separate section. To access it:
- Click the building icon on the far-left sidebar to open the Workspace module
- Click Members
- Click Invite Member (top right)
- Enter their email address
- The person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace
From the Workspace module, you can also:
- Teams — Organize members into teams
- Invitations — View and manage pending invitations
Transfer ownership
If you need to transfer workspace ownership to another member, you'll find the Transfer Ownership option on the Members page. Note that this action gives the selected member all owner privileges and demotes you to admin.
Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations tab to connect your tools:
- Email — Connect Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP accounts for two-way email sync
- WhatsApp — Connect WhatsApp Business accounts for messaging
- Calendar — Sync with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar
- AI Credentials — Configure API keys for AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) used in workflow automations
Each integration card shows how many accounts are connected. Click Manage → to manage existing connections or + to add a new one.
Custom fields
You can add custom fields directly on any lead or client profile. When viewing a lead or client, look for the Custom Fields section in the right sidebar. You can add new fields on the fly by entering a field name and value.
Pipeline configuration
Pipelines are managed directly from the Pipelines section in the CRM sidebar, not from Settings:
- Click Pipelines in the left sidebar
- Click + Create Pipeline to create a new pipeline, or Use Template to start from a template
- Click on an existing pipeline to open its kanban board
- Use + Add Stage to add new stages
- Each stage has a name and a probability percentage
